He has always treated us with courtesy and has completed repairs to our satisfaction, and in a timely fashion. As his business grew, he remained the same in his ethics and professionalism. His staff has followed in his footsteps. Both the in house staff and the technicians, who came to our home, were always courteous, knowledgeable, and were able to repair, connect, etc. what we needed them to do.
