Great service and wonderful people! Our car actually had to go back after it's original service, and everyone was extremely helpful and apologetic. Our car even came back freshly cleaned and runs even better now! Highly recommend Wallace Imports of Johnson City's service department!

Excellent dealership. My ex-wife has been working with Wallace VW of Johnson City for over three years with two vehicles now and they have been wonderful to her and I agree with that experience as I had the same. I worked with Jeff Alpern as my point of contact and he was great. As one of their equity managers he was very helpful with the financing options. Awesome to work with. So incredibly happy with my new 2019 Jetta as well as it is the only affordable car with a manual trans option. Also I must point out it is very sad to see one of the few customers who was unhappy with their canvassing experience at this dealership being crappy about it by posting multiple bad reviews. Not only did this person post a bad review here but if you read the other one star reviews he got a few of their friends to also post bad reviews to try and drag Wallace's review rating down and they were not even the customer. Wow, just very disappointing to see a vocal minority trying to ruin the otherwise good reputation of a fine company and dealership. Wallace Imports of Johnson City is highly recommended if you are in the market for a VW, Kia or Mitsubishi. Ask for Jeff.

I’ve been an employee of Wallace Imports now for almost two years. I have never been treated so well! And I’m sure my previous and future customers would have nothing but good and kind words to speak on their experiences! The Management team and Sales professionals are wonderful people. And that’s lightly speaking as to the volumes of their sincerity I could possibly voice in one post! They have been there for me during work and at home problems! As my life has been a little rough the last year going through a divorce after 20 years and a few unexpected deaths in my family. They were there for me and supported me through and through! During this Pandemic we also came together to make sure everyone was safe not just at work but at home as well and the owner made sure we did not suffer during hard times! I enjoy coming to work everyday! Very tight knit family oriented environment. We have good times and always have a warm and fun atmosphere from everyone watching over one another to the music we listen to every day! We strive to give everyone a wonderful and welcoming experience from customers purchasing to repeats to our service customers! I want to thank Steve Moore for allowing me to be part of such a great company! To all the Guys ( like my big brothers) thank you!

Wallace VW has been a positive experience. We negotiated with local Colorado dealers, but found Wallace to be very price competitive, trusting & hassle-free. Apparently they don’t even know got to change the oil on a VW Jetta. Didn’t screw the blot in but half way. Almost blew up my motor had I not noticed it.
