If I could give 0 stars, I would have. My fiancé, my 4 year old son & I stopped to see if we could find lighting for our bathroom. This was our FIRST & LAST time going to this store! We felt very unwelcome the entire time we were there. No one greeted us, asked if we needed any help find anything etc. The old lady running the place was more worried about her trip to Shoneys than help any of her customers. They didn’t close until 1pm. The lady was in such a hurry that she locked us in the building, and was getting ready to leave the parking lot. Our son was scared to death because we had no way to get out of the building. Thank goodness we caught the old lady’s attention before she pulled out of the parking lot or we would have been stuck. She didn’t even apologize. Instead, she said “the sign says 12:30 pm”. When I looked her hours up it says 1pm. Never will we EVER go back! So take my words for what their worth. If you don’t want to have an experience like my family & I had today; I would suggest to take your business else where.

Found everything I needed. The staff is very knowledgeable and not pushy like some salespeople. Very friendly and helpful. Relaxed atmosphere. I will be back to see the rest of the shop and sending others there.

Good selection and prices but extremely long waits in my experiences. Just waited over 15 minutes to purchase a lightbulb for the second time in a month. Seem to be very understaffed.

I love love love this place!!! Just to see all the different lights is worth the trip. We have bought several items. So helpful! We told the lady what we were looking for and she would take us to the item, even would suggest items, in our price range. Also a big plus, cheaper than Lowes and so many more choices!!! Stop in! No I don't work there! But love to shop there! Check it out!!!
