I was stranded on the highway at midnight due to a flat tire. My insurance company called this company who says they are open 24. This company would not accept the payment from my insurance company and for a 36 mile tow they told my insurance company the tow would cost 500!out of my pocket. Talk about taking advantage of someone in a bad situation!!

This guy is an absolute thief. If you want to be treated fairly and honestly call Seneca towing. I have sworn affidavits from people who saw him break me trailer in half during recovery. I send his invoice to 5 different towing companies and all said he stole from me and a recovery he charged 50k for should have been 12 to 15k. He is illegally holding my truck and if he thinks this is over he is dead wrong. I have been in business 25 years and for the life of me cannot figure out why you would want you business out there in such a bad way. I have spoken with 1 guy he went to school with, 2 former employees and 1 current employee and the consensus is always the same.....he is a crook.
