What garages should be like, helpful attentive service but not pushy or any aggressive sales techniques. Bought car here, great customer service from start to finish. Service department knowledgeable and helpful. Phil and Billy a real pleasure to deal with. Spotlessly clean and comfortable waiting area with free hot drinks available. Been driving over 35 years and this is the model that others should be aspiring to.

Helpful and attentive when selling you a car but unfortunately not great at keeping promises, promised a service included in the purchase of my fabia estate something i new I'd struggle to be able to afford due to the arrival of twins last year came to book in for my free service only to find out its actually 200 odd pounds something I cannot afford. I cannot complain about the car but unhappy with the fact I was lied to luckily I phoned to find out if the mot was included in my free service or I'd have turned up to an expensive surprise on friday
Had a problem with my Fabia (bought elsewhere) that needed a warranty repair. Booking in was easy and dates available were sooner than I expected. Dropped the car off Covid measures were excellent. Staff friendly enough. Full visual inspection was carried out and report sent. Was kept informed right throughout the repair. On collection again staff very helpful repair completed car had been washed and vacuumed. Very positive experience and can't recommend enough
Bought a Roomster in August 2020 sales side was good got a good deal. I have had afew minor problems with the car but the Service people where great and efficient at sorting it out for me. Tony and Dominique where fantastic
Charged 98 VAT for a mechanic to look at my car. Car not ready on the day I was assured it would be once in for repair, they blamed someone else. I had to call them to discover it wasn't ready on time. Charged more than the quote because they forgot to add an item to the cost. Was hit from behind whilst in their courtesy car (that I had to fight to get), not once did they ask how I or 3rd party were, only their car. Despite working in Liverpool I'll never use them again, back to Mitchell Skoda in Ellesmere Port for all my future work and purchases.
