Contacted them about buying a cycle computer as a Christmas present. They ordered it in promptly and when I picked it up I got great advice about apps and routes. Excellent service and friendly helpful staff.
My daughter and I went into the shop a couple of weeks ago I explained that I had dementia and the guy in the shop couldn’t have been more helpful Normally people start taking to the person I am with instead of me I was pleased that the guy took his time to explain things to me and I most certainly will be back and recommend the shop
Went in yesterday to buy a bicycle pump and like everything these days there was none in stock. However the guy that dealt with me was so helpful. He gave me an adaptor that I could use so that I could blow up my bike tyres using the compressor I have for my car and it worked a treat He also gave me really helpful advice as I was thinking of buying a new bike. This guy obviously knows his stuff. Would definitely recommend The Bicycle Chain. Always good to support a local business.
