Had a great experience here. Most of the songs can be found but still can improve on the rate of uploading newest songs. Service was great. Although sometimes the microphone don't work well in some rooms.
The best and affordable karaoke! Friendly staff... I visit the shop after lunch hour on weekdays, all I have to pay is RM3 per head for 3 hours karaoke session. So cheap! And they served free beverages too...
Just to share with you this. If you want to go Karaoke at Mount Austin, please LOOK FOR THE RIGHT ONE. My family went to Decast Karaoke at Mount Austin Heights. We got a place immediately despite of us searching around. Decast is more expensive compared with the others. During the session, my daughter was scratched by the broken wires on the mic and it causes a few open wounds on her lip which the Doctor certified that if there is any HIV or Aids bacteria it could be transmitted to her. I, as the Mother ask for the service man to come to the room and check on the mic. When they saw it, they quickly take it away and give us a new one. We asked for the old broken mic and THEY REFUSED TO GIVE US BACK TO TAKE PICTURES. And we ask for the Manager in charge and the Service Man “CLAIMED THEMSELVES AS MANAGER”. I was so angry and told them to give me back the mic as I need to take picture as evidence otherwise I will call the police immediately. Finally, they give us back the mic and I went straight down with the mic and my phone. THE TWO MEN CHASED AFTER ME and refused me to pursue the matter further to the frontline. I managed to reach the 1st floor and told personnel what happened upstairs and they quick called the person in charge and we have to rush to the nearest A&E as the mic was rusty with no maintenance. I suffered from Panic disorder and sudden Anxiety attack and was left breathlessness. We meet up the next day, the in charge apologize to us and refund us the service fee for Karaoke of RM106 RM 150 (as compensation). But to us, we were mentally distress and further medical treatment was done in Singapore which was more expensive.
Overall comfortable room. Karaoke system limitation on 40 songs selection probably due to memory. Value added on free flow drinks.
Good place just too bad cannot tune the echo and the mic volume.. The buttons on screen doesn't work or else I would've given it a 5
Have a lots of songs and always updated to the trend with new songs. The charge per person is quite reasonable, often have promotion. The room is quite clean.
Good place for gathering family and friends. Friendly staff and delicious food . Hope to come more often..
