We were very happy with the excellent customer service provided by Zera. I asked her to tighten the screw for my existing spectacle. Zera went the extra mile to clean my spec and change the nose pad for me too. She also helped my sister to cut the edge of her existing len in order to fix in tightly on the new frame. She has done a good job! And she always maintain a cool composure and listen attentively to customer's needs. In total we had made 3 pairs of spectacles from Jac's Optometry. We would not heaitate to recommend friends to this shop in future.
