I highly recommend this florist to anyone looking for a florist in JB. They went above and beyond in exceeding my expectations when I had to scramble for a florist to send flowers to a dear friend and to my mother on Mothers day itself during the lock down period . I was making the orders online from SG and to be delivered in JB . Truly this is customer service at its best and they have exemplified what customer service is all about . They are amazing! I've never had such a pleasant experience with a florist and PS Floral Atelier is definitely one of the best I have come across in JB! They are super responsive and are flexible to accommodate to customer's request! She loves it! Given how indecisive I am, I made an order on a late Sunday evening for it to be posted on a Monday morning. To my surprise PS Floral Atelier was still working at the time! They messaged me to make sure that everything was in perfect order and it was! Then came Monday morning and they kept me posted on the delivery of the plant. Everything went well and again she loves it! I searched far and wide in many online flower delivery services but none of them had succulent plants which she likes. But luck would have it that PS Floral Atelier does! By sheer coincidence they are based in JB and so is she haha. Thanks again to PS Floral Atelier for the great service! :)
