Easy location for people staying in Johor Jaya. However the bus station is extremely run down with zero maintenance. From the outlook it looks shut down if not for the buses sometimes parked at the terminal. When there are no buses it looks like some run down haunted building

A bus depot for Grassland and Konsortium and a few other Express Bus Service. There is a small shop selling snack and nothing else. No taxi stand here
