I have been going to CSL Plasma Joliet since they had opened. I can honestly say the place has always been spic and span. The staff have the PATIENCE OF SAINTS! They can only move as fast as the process takes, and can only handle things with the speed of the little staff they have there most of the time! I know I wouldn’t be able to handle the washed up KARENS and KYLES that enter the facility at times. KUDOS to the Joliet team, and thank you for your dedication, professionalism, and kindness!

Wasted my time today and they dont care about your time and didnt tell me I was deferred till December 23 I'm like well I dont have the app and your staff member should of told me the correct date and not lie I will be going else where dont go here and people are rude and lazy here
Severely understaffed, very lazy service probably because they're over worked and underappreciated. How staff acts represents how the people above them treat them maybe the staff need to be paid more money plasma is worth a lot of money and at most theyll pay you 51 dollars for something theyre taxing probably 300% maybe more but yeah treat the staff better maybe thatll have a trickle down effect ultimately leading to a good work area and content donors that are called heros for wasting 2 hrs on something that takes 1 hr
Let's anyone budge the line, talking laughing and playing more than working, and almost always a 3 hour wait....get it together!!!!
They are always busy. No issues with the staff very friendly. They need newer machines. You need to have patience. Be prepared to be there awhile. It's your health. I don't know why there's so many negative comments.
