I really enjoyed the food when I stopped in the other day for the first time! The staff was very accommodating and fast. Grabbing a quick lunch can be challenging in this area but not only was I in and out, the food was excellent. 5 ️'S hands down! I'll be coming back for more

Staff are very nice, food is nice, but they never stay the hours listed on their door. There are several times I came to get a sandwich and find them closed 30min to 1hr before closing time. Not closing up....it was closed closed...like all chairs were put up and lights were off closed. There were even days that it was closed in the middle of the day. Cant a girl get a damn sandwich?

Vegetarian review There's only one vegetarian option at this sandwich shop. It is the veggies and provolone sandwich. I had my grilled. The sandwich primarily contains grilled onions Peppers mushrooms tomatoes and provolone cheese topped with olive and vinegar oil. The lady behind the counter told me it was a very popular item so I went ahead and ordered the larger 12 inch version of the sandwich. I also took the liberty to add black olives and cajun seasoning to my sandwich and boy was I glad I did that. Without the black olives my sandwich would have been dishearteningly empty. Even then I threw away 1/2 of my sandwich after transferring all of the vegetables into the second half to make it least one properly filled sandwich. The sandwich lacked any depth to flavor and I could not taste any of the Cajun seasoning - in step with the broader experience in Miami when it comes to spices. To make the rest of my sandwich at least acceptably palatable I asked for some spicy mustard on the side. In brief, if you are looking for a vegetarian sandwich in the area skip this place and head down the street to the Subway for a far more satisfying vegetarian meal.

The food has been great each time that I’ve visited this location. I highly suggest you order a steak bomb with extra pickles! The restaurant is kept very tidy and the staff is very friendly.

Family visit in Miami... So nice to find Jon Smith Subs perfect place to have lunch today. There were six of us and we each ordered a different sandwich and shared. BBQ Bacon Steak, Italian Chicken, The Cuban, Ham & Cheese, Meatball Bomb and Veggies and Provolone. Lots of food and tasted so good, nothing left to take home. We also shared some fries. Enjoyed by all. We will stop back before we leave.
