Good Fries and nice staff but the sandwich wasn’t worth the paper it was wrapped in. I ordered the “Gator” and was told it had so much meat that it had to be a large sandwich. It was 85% bread. I actually took all of the fixings out of one side and combined it in the other with no problem. I ended up not finishing it after the 4th bite of rubbery chicken. It just wasn’t worth the calories.

First time I've been here to eat. The cashier was friendly, she went over the menu with us told us the popular selections. We went with The Bomb and yes it was. Will be back for sure.
This place has the best subs and fries in the Treasure Valley! Great customer service and very clean. Definitely worth the trip. My favorite is the Gator. What makes all the sandwiches great is the fact that they are all cooked to order on a flat top griddle. No heated oven hoods, conveyor belts or microwaves to make hot sandwiches.
There customer service was fantastic! The girl that helped us was very sweet and professional, but I do have to say the food was terrible. From their soggy bread to the bland meat left a lot to be desired. The meat had a fantastic texture and seem to be cooked to the right temperature but had no flavor whatsoever except for that of frozen meat... their marinara sauce had fantastic flavor, but the meatballs again left a lot to be desired… And just before warned if you get a sandwich with this marinara sauce the bread won’t last that long.
Normally their steak sandwiches are good. But if you are looking for a regular sandwich such as a BLT or kids grilled cheese - pass. Last I checked grilled cheese was supposed to be melted. And last I checked a BLT was supposed to have more than one bacon slice. Just got our order from uber eats 10 minutes ago at 6:30 pm on 4/30. For a 6.95 BLT for 6" sub and a 4.25 grilled cheese - better off going to subway. But considering, the store only comments on praises, this post doesn't matter. MELT THE DARN CHEESE AT LEAST. I should not be able to pick apart the american cheese slices individually!
I had the sub that made them famous (as they claim) and wanted to laugh at all the bad reviews. Wont come back, all the reviews stand and seems they didn't do anything to change. Greasy flavorless sandwich, soggy right when it was handed to me. Fries were ok at best.
Excellent customer service and the food was terrific. I've eaten at John Smith Subs in another market and I was happy to see this location emerge in Meridian. Awesome sandwiches!
Surprisingly really good! More people need to come here and try it! Sandwiches are big and delicious. A step above subway and jimmy johns but more food for your buck.
