If I could give them NO stars I would, I waited in line for 10 minutes and got up there and ordered pretzels and she said they weren't making any they close at 6, I told her I was in line before 6. The girl was very rude, I tried to use my coupon that expires today, her response was "well the coupon started on the 26th" not very customer friendly if I do say. I told her of course coupons start before they expire, because I asked if she could do anything because they weren't making any more and she said No. To tell the truth, the past few times I've been it has not been fresh or very tasteful.

These are some very, very delicious pretzels! However I have a few complaints, the prices are a bit too expensive and some of the female workers can be a bit, rude and very angry! I know the manager with short curly hair, I don't know her name, but she was getting hyped and rude at me, one time! This place is ok, aside for the high prices and rude female workers!

It's Mall food. The quality seems to have gone down hill since I was younger but still good.
