I just ordered there 3 hours ago. I asked them to deliver my food which never came and it’s been three hours. I am absolutely appalled that they didn’t deliver the food. I went by there to see what was taking so long. No one answered the door, but the open signs were on. I ordered there before with no issues. Worst service I ever experienced if I could give them negative stars I would. Don’t order from this place at ALL.

Unfortunately I don’t have a picture of the horrid food they gave me. This was my first time visiting this business. I usually go to American Deli but the we’re close. The cashier was rude and very short. I asked what came with the 20 piece shrimp and he said fries. I pointed out the menu offered another side and he rudely said “well that what it says”. So I ordered and waited. I watched as two people cooked and made pizza and my food. A child of about 13 and a older man. Neither wore hair nets or gloves. It took 15 mins for my food to arrive. And he bought it out already bagged and tied up. I opened it and was disappointed. The fries were limp and cold and the shrimp the size of little pebbles. I asked for a refund. The quality of the food combined with the lack of sanitary measure I saw, I didn’t want to take any chances. The cashier walked away and yelled, “come talk to this girl”. I waited for the older gentleman who I presumed was the owner. He said no refunds. I pointed out the size and quality of the food, the lack of gloves and hairnets. He wanted to argue, I didn’t not. So I simply asked for the owner name and that I will report them to the health authorities. He tried to snatch my receipt, which is why I took the pic. I once again asked for the owner name, he said he wouldn’t tell me. He yelled at me and asked how did I pay, I said cash. He wouldn’t give me my money back unless I gave him the receipt which I thought was fishy. I would give this zero stars if I could. The owner and the workers here (besides the little boy he never said a word) were really unprofessional and rude and clearly lack basic food knowledge and hygiene. Please take your business and money else where.
Satisfied customer!!!!! Ordered a pepperoni and bacon pizza and a onion and olive pizza. Also tried the Greek salad... Amazing and the delivery person was polite. Will be ordering from them again and highly recommend
The pizza is delicious, they always use fresh ingredients and the prices are affordable. The service was quick, professional and the staff kind and friendly.
