Service was speedy and the gentlemen working were very polite. The only problem was I ordered coconut coffee and they gave me regular coffee. I would go back though. The service was good.
Extremely rude and overall poor customer service. I Can’t state enough how rude the “gentleman” working the Drive thru tonight was. First, I was in an extremely good mood and well...he tried his best to change that! He opened the window, no greeting. He literally just stuck his hand out for the payment. Lol I’m like surely this will turn around for the better..(wrong). He handed my coffee to me then tossed the bag with 2 donuts at me and slammed the window. I had to honk for him to come back and ask for a receipt! Then he begins speaking another language loudly for me to hear and slammed the window again! Whomever the owner is, they should reconsider having him work at your establishment. Left shocked and will NOT ever spend money here again. How I feel I probably won’t go to another DD!
Stopped by to get an Iced Coffee and some donuts for my nephews, they could not serve me a dozen of donuts.. which i thought was really odd considering its a Dunkin' Donuts, but i wasn't mad. My ice coffee tasted like pure sugar.. barely any coffee in there and my mother coffee was cold. I don't think i'll be going back to this place anytime soon.

Ordered a green tea latte light ice with vanilla. Got the drink it wasn’t even mixed up there’s a giant thing of powder corroded at the bottom of the cup and I mean it’s a inch thick. I asked if he could stir it, he said no. I take the drink, try to stir it; , this powder is so thick I can’t even stir it with my straw I’ll go back and say I want a refund. The lady tells me they don’t do refunds which is not true. Then who I’m assuming is the ship manager comes out and throws the money back at me.
The items are good but the older ladies who work there are totally rude. The coffee is 5 buck for a cup and they complain if u ask for more cream or caramel in yo coffee. If I'm paying those prices you should fix it how I ask without th attitude. And this is everytime I go there. The men workers are great. Jus the older ladies, RUDE!!!!
