I placed an order several days in advance from your website to be delivered by a third party to my friend for her birthday. I receive a email and text the day of the delivery that you guys are unable to fulfill my order with no explanation as to why. If you couldn’t fulfill the order as placed you shouldn’t have those items on your website as items that can be delivered. Now my friend receives absolutely nothing from me on her birthday and I live hours away. Poor business!!

FANTASTIC CAKE! This was the best red velvet I have ever had! Loved the overall design of the cake. It smells delicious in there making it very hard to walk out with one of the tasty treats in the case. The cookies and cream cake balls are addictively good. Go here for all you cake needs!

For the price I paid I am very disappointed. I sent a picture of what I wanted but got a sloppy version. The taste & texture of the cake was not impressive either. The occasion was for a professional business promotion and frankly I was a bit embarrassed.

I reccomend Fancy Flour Bakery to anyone who needs above quality cakes. The price i paid for what i got was amazing. I cant wait until i can have another event so i can use them again.
