I told my friends about this place with my highest recommendations. I go to this restaurant often. I get very good feedback from my friends. The the food there is appetizing and the team is generous and cooperative. Every time we go to this place we pass a pleasing evening. I recommend this place with pleasure.
1st and last time at this location! Food was good, service was terrible! No management in sight! Plenty of waitresses for the few guests that were there, we were the only table for our particular waitress Tiana. She was more interested in playing on her phone at the hostess station and sitting visiting another patron with her back turned to our table. Several minutes after our food was up, another waitress had to go tell her. We had to wait at least five minutes for her to come back around each time we needed something. We had to ask for everything from flatware to plates once she did bring our platter of wings. No towelettes were provided, which is not a huge deal but we were eating wings, and traditionally we receive extra plates, napkins, towelettes, etc prior to our wings coming out. We were so off put by the lack of service we lost our appetites and since we had a lot of time on our hands with our waitress being so inattentive, it left us plenty of time to look around and notice how dirty the window seals and tvs by us were. They had food smears and little kid finger/hand prints all over them. Gross!!! I suppose that is not a part of regular cleaning! We ate half our wings and were ready to go! Total Disappointment!
Service was horrible. 25 minutes to get our first drink after waiting 15 minutes to get service and the waitress was rude on top of that. The only good thing was the food.
