WARNING ️ All residents are currently experiencing NO WATER. It has been turned off by the office due to a “major water leak”. The residents were not notified and have been without water for at least 10 hours. (This is nothing new). There are families with infants here. We are under new management for the 5th time in 6 months. (That should say enough). There is only 2 maintenance employees for 900 units. (Think about having a major leak in your unit). My bedroom was flooded for 4 months before Someone came to look* at my unit. (It has been fixed). The fees are always changing! Only resolution you get is “I’m sorry” or “I can submit a work order for you” and then pray it gets handled by those 2 maintenance employees. There is plenty more to add however I will keep this short.

My son is 14 years old he has been missing for a week and he has been staying with people at hunter ridge. All the workers know my son is there have seen him has told me he is mowing lawns to make money the manager told the men to not get involved when I came looking for my son but you are already involved when you did nothing but conversate with him you told him his mom was looking for him and he should go home no one called the police and reported his wear abouts. If anything happens to my kid while he is having vacation in your community while he spends his nights playing basketball on your court and socializing with your staff trust and believe you will not see the last of me.

Decent neighborhood, aside from them telling you rent is one price but raising the bill every month.. My home was infested in ants.. They fine you for EVERYTHING. And they change people in the office more than the days of week change and they’re rude and disrespectful. Management is never in office. Phones never get answered and it takes forever for the office to get maintenance to help...There’s MOLD and they don’t fix it..

Disregard the name up above. I never been big on writing a bad complaint on anyone nor anything I just never go to them again but Hunter Ridge is not a place to live I have went 3 months with a stopped up toilet that’s really unacceptable for any living arrangements especially with kids so when I took it upon myself to get fixed myself it doesn’t go towards the rent the property management team is horrible always in a meeting and doesn’t want to here tenants complaints but always adding additional to the rent or threatening to evict you some people write a review because they are mad or upset I’m neither and today it stops here not only will I be leaving but I will let it be known that Hunter Ridge is not a place you’ll want to call home you may not experience anything right off hand but just keep living here you been warn

Fairly quiet. Spoke with a few people who seemed nice. Grounds need to be kept up more though.
