I live in Memphis, TN and I drove right about an hour and 30 minutes away to Jonesboro Cycle & ATV. We did have one closer but their prices and inventory originally caught my attention. They were very competitive in their pricing and have a huge inventory of bikes, side by sides, ATVs, and watercraft. They have a wide variety of all the brands so it's safe to say that they are your one stop shop. My sales experience there was provided by Sam and she was none less than amazing! She was friendly helpful and made the whole experience fun and enjoyable. I will be returning back to them for all of my needs in the future. Thank you Sam for the great experience! I am sure glad that I went to you folks for my 2021 Kawasaki Vulcan S ABS. There were much closer stores but you guys were definitely worth the drive. Thank you!

I live out of state and had never bought from Jonesboro Honda, I bought a used Honda 500 pioneer, which after I got there it had damage right side , they told me they didn’t know what happened but they would take care of it. After buying it I found more stuff so they said I could trade it in on a new one, so I did when I arrived I had to unload it myself and I loaded my new one!! It was icy but I took care of it! After loading my new one it was dirty but they told me they wasn’t washing it, of course I had signed all paperwork, I call manager about my problems and I paid full price no really deal, he said he would talk to owners about problems and I was hoping for some kind of deal on accessories but it never happened, I have bought many sxs and I couldn’t recommend these guys at all , you are just a number, I will be writing Honda also these guys definitely don’t need to be a power dealer!!!
