Out of desperation for my daughter to be seen immediately, I opted to go to this location. The appointment was for 4:30 pm. It is now 5:25 pm. My 6 year old daughter has yet to be seen for her condition. They weighed her and took her vitals and directed her back to the waiting room and informed my husband that all of the rooms are full. I thought with COVID there would be other precautions taken. I’ll stick to the Crescent Centre location. Unfortunately, quality of care varies by location. This is ridiculous and shameful.

I had an emergency and needed to go to a facility that had an xray machine. I had been here before but never for myself. I arrived at 6:15 am. The security at the door was helpful. There was no one waiting. I walked up to the desk and explained how i was feeling. I was asked minimal questions and i was grateful because I was in pain. I was given an armband and told to have a seat. i was prepared to sit awhile but i literally only sat there for about 3 minutes before i was called back. The triage nurse was very kind and soft spoken. She took a my vitals, asked some questions and gave me instructions on what to do. I was impressed with the fact that they have nice quality hospital gowns to fit me a plus size woman. That is rare in a hospital. The room was nice Everything was modern and looked ultra clean and brand new. I didn't get the hospital smell here. The room had it's own bathroom which was super clean too. The doctor who saw me was very kind. He didn't make me feel bad he just advised me to make some changes. I eventually moved on to the pharmacy. Even though there were people in line there was basically no waiting for your medications. A well run machine. I like this facility and will be back for my mammogram, eye exam and etc

I would like to see this facility get better with the pharmacy staff. Kaiser need to have a more caring staff not people acting like this is a call center environment. We all have issues at this time do to pandemic there’s no need to be rude. This facility needs a shakeup, Training classes should be mandatory when it comes to having a better staff and to be more caring. I hope to see this change.

My visits here vary every time I visit. Sometimes the staff are very caring and attentive. More often then not the staff are very cold and judgmental. I was going to talk to a therapist for a while and she was very demeaning and extremely judgmental. I just stopped going. The staff NEVER tells me everything I need to know and the pharmacy staff seem exasperated when ever I ask for information about a medication I was prescribed. The good experiences I’ve had were great but unfortunately the bad experiences outweigh those.

My son was wrongfully medicated in this facility. A negligent nurse wrongfully vaccinated him outside his "vaccine window" AGAINST my knowledge. They informed me about the vaccines they would administer and then added one that he wasn't supposed to take due to his age at the time. I only became aware of the situation because one nurse, in a later visit mentioned that he received his third dose at the wrong time and it wasn't counting towards his vaccine records. Now he will have to take a 4th dose to compensate. This is absolutely ludicrous. They could have severely injured my baby. Thank God he didn't any adverse side effects. Just so you know negligence is a form of malpractice. You should train/choose your staff better. Stay away from this place.

Kaiser Permanente on Mount Zion Road in Jonesboro, Georgia is my preferred doctor's office! They are awesome! It seems that they have gone above and beyond to facilitate patients during the COVID pandemic. The building is always incredibly clean, both on the inside as well as the upkeep of the parking lot. I'm thankful for everyone who works there. Thank you DOCTORS AND NURSES AND EVERYONE ELSE WHO HELP RUN THE BUILDING.

Horrible service! The nurses are rude and talk about you and your condition VERY loud. I heard them laughing about my request. I did let the nurse know when he came back that they are loud. He tried to play it off when I heard for myself. He also was kind of inappropriate with some of the comments he made during our two interactions. I felt very uncomfortable. Came for symptoms of stroke and was made to wait almost 3hrs. I’ll never come back to this Advance Care again and definitely considering switching back my insurance from kaiser
