Can't take back new products even though you have a receipt cause of expired dates gone past. I use to enjoy that place. Not any more, I go somewhere else who helps me. Doing their job like suppose to!

They are in process if renovation, everything scattered throughout store, hopefully, when they finish, it will be easier to find what you are looking for. Maybe they will have people on the floor that will help you, instead of ignoring you like it has been. Was always a terrible experience in past, with no help, having to look for a employee which took up majority of my time. We'll see if anything changed when they are finished.

A female worker was inaccurate about where a product so when I tried to explain to her that the item was not there she stopped me from talking. At this point I just listened to her. As I continued to look at her. I finally responded and told her that the item I was told should be on a different aisle. She said if u don't see it then we don't have it. She then walked off. I left store.

The staff won't bother you. If you need assistance, you can seek them out yourself. Which is an automatic positive in my book. And they can be helpful. Some of these guys will scan shelf to shelf to be absolutely sure whether or not they have what you seek. Good selection of plants in the growing season, too.
