THIS LOCATION IS TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. Made a perfectly functioning car dysfunction by providing the wrong oil when there was no check or confirmation with the database of what was used for that type of car under with that mileage. When I asked them to correct the mistake, they proceeded to tell me I would need to get another oil change AND THEN PAY AGAIN for THEIR mistake. I disputed that, & their workers admitted their mistake proceeded to call their boss but said if I wanted it fixed I'd have to return in two days, whenever the owner felt like he wanted to make a appearance at his business, and still pay! Awful "business". and to top it all off, the owner proceeded to yell at me through the phone when we spoke. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT bring your car here. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Luckily, Sears was there to save the day and prevent damage to my car. Go for quality care. UPDATE: thanks to sears, I also found out that this place didn't even change my oil or filter! I was overfilled with the wrong oil on top of my currently bad oil and then charged for the job of an oil change and a new filter.

This place...so I brought my girlfriend's car in to get the air conditioner serviced, just a simple refrigerant recycle. The guy who owns the place comes back out and tells me it's not holding pressure and that there's a leak or the compressor's bad, then quotes me 800 bucks for a new compressor.. I get back in it and the AC doesn't work at all. I take it to another place, they say that the compressor was SEVERELY over-charged and they set things right. Now the air blows as cold as the day she bought the car. Don't trust this place, they're either incompetent or crooked or both.
I just woke up this morning to get a Quote on fixing my car ..i pull up an sat out side at 7:32am i called no answer 7:34am no answer then again at 7:36am. If u not go be open at the right time please change your times because people come to shops to get there car fix an go threw there day
I made an online appointment and was confirmed. I arrived at the shop at the appointment time of 7:30am. No-one there. No Store hours posted. No information on the phone service as to hours or any sort of message. I left and found another place, that was open and took me in right away even though their store was not due to open until 8:00am. They took Meineke's business. I never even got a call from the local store that I had missed the appointment. Forget Meineke.
I would give 0 stars if I could. My van was overheating and I was told I needed a new radiator and would take 3 days. Left and went to auto zone and an employee replaced a small hose (for free) and that was all that needed to be done. I would walk home before I ever pull in to another midas.
Don't have technicians on Saturdays
Closed at 5:30 when I pulled in.
