Gone downhill in the past year. Doctor rarely in office, and med issues go unaddressed. Somewhat ineffective therapist, likely doesn't have much experience (not their fault but patients suffer). Used to be great though before Dr. Pipkin left...

Doctor is awful. She wanted to take me off meds that can kill you going off cold turkey cold Turkey. When I said that she says, \That's not my problem.\ She also mentioned committing me because I said I'd have withdraw . Terrible woman who is gonna hurt someone.

While trying to make a phone call to see a therapist I was explaining all the reasons for my call and a different lady was placed on the phone and without hearing anything I had said prior she cut me off and said this isn't a \Benzo\ clinic and we don't deal with medical marijuana. I was confused and asked if I had offended her and apologized if I had. Then she said \you don't have to tell us everything that's for the doctor\. I explained that I wasn't calling for medical marijuana nor \Benzo\ clinic. She then repeated the date and time of my appointment with a list of things to bring. Her tone was harsh and made me uncomfortable. After hanging up I was shaking even more than I was before making the call. I was upset terribly so I called back and explained to Faith (the lady that answered the phone when I first called) that I was upset,uncomfortable and afraid to come in for a session. I explained to her that this is why I stay home and avoid people. The second woman that was harsh to me makes it impossible for me to go out and function. I told them if I had a crisis I would check myself into a hospital. Faith assured me that if I needed to reschedule they had my updated information. The date and time of this incident is October 5th 2017 between 9:15a.m and 10:00a.m. I'm still shaking and don't understand what happened while I was simply trying to make an appointment to see Steven Pipkin.
