Good luck getting anything fixed here. I brought a tablet to have my screen repaired, took a month to fix. The repair itself on the screen was done ok, but my home and power buttons now did not work after the repair, took it back to neha and here I am going on three months waiting for a tablet to be repaired the right way. This store does not communicate well with their repairs, I have to call them to see if the repair is done and even when I do call to check noone really gives me any info on getting it fixed. I understand delays waiting on parts, but three months for a tablet is a bit out of the way.

Before visiting Neha Wireless I was looking for a Reliable HTC Service Center where I can get my water damaged HTC Phone repaired. I was searching for HTC Store from last 5 days. I tried each and every cellphone repair store Near me. But no one was able to fix water damaged phones. Generally, all cellphone store will never pick up your call and they will never call you back. But Neha has an excellent customer care team who answers the call, reply quickly to all messages or chat and gives you call back after fixing the phone. I am highly impressed with the friendly nature of the staff and the high level of customer service. very professional behavior, very friendly, cheapest in the town, all products under one roof like cellphone, computer, game console, nice owner. I will recommend to all my friends please contact Neha Wireless first before going anywhere else.

This place is bad news. They use poor quality repair products and they don’t offer good support for their services. If you have an iPhone 11 and get the screen replaced here, you can expect a serious downgrade in the usability of your phone. This business is a total menace for the town.
