Rock city cycles got all kinds of motorcycle items. And, they are real good at fixing ur motorbikes as well.i think u should go and check them out. I know because, i brought a moped from them

Listen... I Bought my bike from Cougar Cycle in February (You can read my negative review on their page.) Bottom line is that my bike was out of commission from April until The end of September. I dropped my bike off and they had me back on the road a week later. It was a little expensive, but i haven't had a single problem since i got it back. I've been meaning to write this review. Thank you guys
First off the place is dirty on the inside to include all the products being displayed. Found some items have even dry rotted still hung up for purchase. No one greets you as you enter the shop. They seem very unorganized and unprofessional. They have an additional charge of 5.50 just to use your credit card. Wouldn't recommend this place as your first choice for service or sales.
This is seriously the worst company I've dealt with. They are truly unprofessional!!! Spend money with them and regret your decision from day 1!!! They don't answer phones, their internet goes out frequently, their receipt machine doesn't work properly, their new batteries are switched out with old ones, and their warranties and null and void due to no tech!!! Don't waste your time, I'm great at these reviews!!!
I went to Rock City Cycles South in Jonesboro to get a price on having my valves adjusted on my VTX 1800R and was quoted between 700 - 800. Didn't know what to expect since I'm a new bike owner so I went to Ellis Cycles in Griffin (250) and Cyco Riders Cycles (250 - 300)also in Griffin. Those were the prices those 2 shops charged me for the same work and yet they were waaaay cheaper.The guy at Rock City was nice but I always shop around and it always pays off as it did in this case. I'm really trying to understand why Rock City was so much more expensive? It pays to shop around people!!
These guys are the best I’ve ever been too. I was in a trip going to Alabama and doc the owner hooked me up to the fullest extent I would recommend this place to everybody. Thank you doc this place treats you like family!
Called several times with no answer. Went by the shop 4 days in a row trying to get a tire mounted but no one is ever there as of 10/2/19. This is not a good start for an up and coming shop.
