The repair man was friendly, polite and took great care to keep my house clean. He worked quietly and efficiently! He also took time to call me to keep me updated on his arrival. I really appreciated that since it let me actually work part of the day instead of having to take the whole day off.

Our tech was able to diagnose and repair our Electric Clothes Dryer in under 20 minutes. We were at first, upset because our repair appointment was pushed back 1 week but then we were told that it was due to the tech getting ill. His Service was well worth the wait. GREAT SERVICE is hard enough to find these days but with Sears Home Customer Services you'll always get Better than You Expected SERVICES!

This has been a horrible experience. My fridge went out May 8th and they have been out 4 times and I still don't have a fridge. They said after the 3rd time they would replace it...still no fridge. I have lost my food multiple times now! This has been very frustrating and I will never buy from sears again. Bobby the repair guy has been the only person at sears who has been good to work with. That is the only positive thing I have to say. Long story short it's been a month and I still don't have a working fridge!

The man showed up promptly & was very nice. He said we weren't getting a good output because the hose to the outside was too long & kinked up & needed to be shortened. I asked him to do that & he said he couldn't. That is what I really don't understand....we had them deliver & set the dryer up so they were the ones who put the too long hose on there so why couldn't they fix it. I found someone else to do it but I think Sears in general is no longer the premier place to buy appliances. We always have bought from them since 1977 but I think we'll shop around next time. Nice people tho

Bad! He took my money without doing anything but guessing. He did not hook a computer up to my refrigerator to test anything. He charged me 137 and then he left. I made them come back and it wound up being something completely different than his first guess. Then he overcharged me in getting a refund from Sears is like pulling teeth that don't need to be pulled. And on top of that when he thought he had repaired my refrigerator moments after he left it through a code, down again. So I made an appointment and he did not show. I made another appointment and he did not show. I now have a third appointment scheduled we'll see if he shows this time and fixes my refrigerator??? Over 1,000 and a month into it and still not fixed. This will be my last experience with Sears two thumbs down.

Service tech arrived timely. He was knowledgeable and friendly. I felt that he took adequate time to diagnose the problem and take care of it.

the repairmen that came out knew more about my stove than any one that has ever been out to see about it. they were very polite and helpful. I will ask for them only in the future if I need any more repairs.
