I live in Panama City and Synmar & Castech were excellent to work with. I did all the design and installation, they provided the cultured marble and shower pan. Everything was first rate and they helped me immensely as this was my first cultured marble installation project. I highly recommend them.

I am so happy with the customer service and deals I got from this company. I wanted to replace my master shower and the office ladies were very helpful on the basics and what was best for my bathroom and taste. I found exactly what I was looking for. The showroom is worth the drive to see over 200 colors and designs. I will be sending my family for their new house!

From Milner, GA - we decided to use this company after weighing the cost of fiberglass insert replacement ourselves or cultured marble surface. Glad we made the right choice. It cost more obviously to have solid surface but the reward is worth it. Looks good and sells good later down the road. I had them go higher than usual on the shower walls to prohibit water. Lots more room and depth perspective is deeper look and more space to move around in. Easier to wipe down too. This is a professional company so don’t expect price breaks and freebies. Also, you, the home owner are most likely the GC, the general contractor too. So make sure you have what you want on paper with price and design layout. Pay attention to every detail. The ladies up front are quick with quotes and billing. The field installers do some real clean work. We are very satisfied and now considering have them do another bathroom for us soon. I’d also recommend you use new or newer fixtures and have a professional plumber do the background work. You may even need to consult with a tile/floor/Sheetrock guy. Do your homework and you’ll be very happy. I will post pictures upon request.

I Purchased a thin stone marble shower including installation from them that has what appears to me to be a fairly large cracked area in it. The manager at Synmar is telling me that this is “natural fissures” in the stone even though this is a localized area and not all over the panel and not in the samples they show you. They sent the shop foreman out who covered it with epoxy but still looks about the same to me. I posted the before and after photos and you can decide for yourself if you agree with “natural fissures” Assessment and if you would purchase this. There was certainly no mention of this in the selling process even though the manager is telling me that all the panels are prone to this and most of them contain similar areas. If the samples that I was shown had had cracked areas like this I would not have purchased it. I bought it through Lowe’s and they have also not provided any meaningful assistance in resolving this and the manager just told me that there is nothing they can do.
