Claire is a lovely human! My family hired her to help with translation at a pre-planned event in St Remy. Sadly we meet Claire to late to take advantage of tour services before we had to leave. However she still provided me with a abundance of options to make the most of my trip back to Milan!! Who doesn’t love a town famous for their mushrooms? Claire was referred to us by a local chef and personality (Yvan Cadiou)! What good fortune, as Claire provided superb translation and enthusiasm for all things France, particularly fromage!!
