Great experience. Salesman Cody was great as was the lady in finance. I'm sorry I can't remember her name. I left an item in my trade in vehicle. Cody made sure I was able to get it back even though he wasn't going to be working the next morning when I picked it up. He also called a couple days later just to follow up and see if everything was still going well with the car. This is the first dealership I have ever had do that.

Great place to buy a new or used vehicle. The prices are affordable and reasonable. The sales staff is always there to answer questions and to help you find the vehicle you want and need. Frank prices the vehicles himself and does a great job at making sure that the people get a great deal. You should definitely shop here if you are looking. Just ask for Alan at the preowned lot if you need any help!
I drove from Northwest Arkansas to Joplin to purchase the most beautiful Jeep I've ever seen. Since then I've used up almost all of my AAA calls for the year. I was told I could not be helped on my first visit, even though I purchased a 100,000 mile warranty. Now I took a vacation day off work to drive up again tomorrow in an ice storm. And as of last night my Jeep is dead once again sitting in my driveway.
Didn’t expected such bad experience with them after paying over 40k for my truck today was the first time in the shop/service and they didn’t even bother to look at the warranty well decided to just leave after they said I had to pay hundreds of dollars for something that my warranty should cover then we ask the guy to check in the warranty and I guess he is tu busy to do that maybe Chevy dealer wouldn’t do something like that. SMH
