The Doctor is great!!! Technician patient but there's a representative with short her that really needs to work with her service skills it seems like if I dont bring my med card it's a extra work she has to do and I do apologize but I rather skip my insurance card which you have on file and should be verify at time of appointment instead of giving and attitude and skip on my child's appointment which is my priority I do apologize for giving you an extra task of looking up verification of insurance I would be looking some other eye clinic thanks you. Maybe because I'm latino and for that I can't do anything.i walked in w a smile after all it's the holiday but definitely walk out with a sour face and taste so please dont for get to bring your insurance card or you'll have an extremely bad experience!

I had another great experience at Valley Eye Clinic. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about all questions or concerns I had with my eyes and glasses. They have great selections of both eye glasses and sun glasses. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a family friendly eye clinic!

Vicki provides outstanding customer service and takes great care of her patients. Our son was poked in the eye in a basketball game on the weekend and Vicki took the time to come and get him feeling better as there was damage to his eye. She also made follow up calls to us to make sure he was doing well. I would highly recommend Vicki and her staff if you are looking for a great eye Dr.
