I am extremely impressed with Jordan West Family Councling. During covid 19 therapists are not seeing patients In person so I was worried it wouldn't help me in the same way however, My therapist Lucinda is amazing!! We meet over Zoom (which I've never used before) and she literally has helped my stress and helped me through several different issues and made me feel comfertable. She was not the original therapist I was scheduled to visit but I believe heavenly father knew exactly who I needed! She has such a calming effect and really knows how to put things into perspective without being condecending and opens your way of thinking to better myself. Thank you Lucinda for your warm and kind soul.

All the staff here is friendly and amazing. I've been going here for 5 years now. I see John-Evan Waite and he is incredibly supportive and understanding. He really gets me and has helped me grow so much during the time I've seen him. It's sometimes hard when life leaves you in a place where nothing feels safe. Jordan West has become my safe place. I have felt like when life's storms have threatened to drown me, I can go there and find a buoy to save me. I know John-Evan has my back and I know he cares. The receptionists are always happy to greet clients too. Everyone is wonderful!
