Good servicing... But had to wait almost whole day (10AM to 4:30PM) for simple wheel alignment. It was not their fault also.. customers were also too crowded that day....

We had the worst experience with the staff ... We wanted to buy creta ..the salesman made us wait 7 months promising that it will come in just 20 days and his fake promise stayed for 7 months ....they stopped picking up calls ...they don't have basic mannerism how to attent a customer ... of course the products are good but this particular showroom from jorhat troubled us like anything !!!!!!

Too long waiting period after booking. Staff behaviour is satisfactory. Disadvantage: You can't buy insurance from outside. One have to buy it compulsorily from the dealer. It's not good. Customers must have the option to choose the desired insurance company apart from the dealer.
