The best exchange rate, so far (100CK 2230). Much better than my exchange in USA- CK2100. Convenient location, next to St.Nicholas Cathedral. The address somehow differs- looks more accurately as 2 Franz Kafka Square. Otherwise You end up at the bank,next door (though the Girls working there are cute and pleasant).

Worst experience ever！Shouting stuff, no matter at the spot or over the phone. They feel like Czech Mafia. Unbelievablely rude. Czech Republic really need to develop more in Finance. Then this kind of organization will not stand alone.
