I will be traveling to Ethiopia with Journeys by Design next year, so I will write another review once we have completed our travels. But, so far, I am very impressed. Frankie has been helping us organize our trip and has been so flexible and helpful - making sure our itinerary is exactly as we would like it to be. Communication/response time to our questions has been fast and clear. So far, so good!
