Looking for a certain dress from Joy which I spotted online however, the York and Leeds stores had sold out. Fortunately a London store happen to have my size showing availability. A lovely lady named Anna helped locate the dress for me in store whilst I was on hold (calling from Hull), she could not of been anymore helpful then what she was, so polite and courteous. Anna organised the dress to be placed in storage for me until collection. Also, Luke from the York Store helped me locate the dress in London and again could not fault the customer service I received from him too, he was able to locate a store in London who had the dress in my size for me to called. Thank You

Such a rude service. I tried to exchange some garment which I wasn't happy with. I had my receipt but not the card receipt and I received an enormous lecture by the shop keeper that I found very rude and made me feel extremely unconfortable to return the item.
