Mostly Joy is good, but I stopped going to her because she did not respect my time & money. I understand when I am late for appointments that I would still have to pay the full amount for the appt but would only receive service for the remainder of time left in my appt. What I didn't appreciate was that while I'm in the middle of receiving my service (I'm charge for the time) she would constantly stop to check all her text messages, stop to receive UPS/Fedex packages and sign for them, talk on the phone... SHE NEVER gave me that time back or charged me less when she was doing personal things during MY TIME. ...that's not doing business fairly! So I left and never booked a follow-up appt and I was a regular customer, but had enough of it after a track record of this type of behaviour.
