Thank you, my chip was damage, please bring your utility bil if your got address change. the process is super easy I was charged rm10.00 , will be given a temporary IC then must collected the ori IC in 14days. Just remember to be in shape n handsomely handsome because they will take picture for IC.

Incredibly worst! The guard outside made me queue at different line for 3 times! Asked me to queue at one line, then they open up another line for those with no appointment, when my turn she asked me to queue again at another line that just open.. what is the difference? why don't you just let me in?!
