My furnace was not working properly and I needed to order a new furnace/ac system. I worked with JT Services to obtain and install before winter came. Julia in the front office was fantastic at answering all my questions and providing timely updates throughout the process. Most important, she always got back to me when I reached out. Eugene was the manager who worked on reviewing the old system and installing the new system. He was patient in explaining everything from SEER to variable speed. When they completed work, everything was routed professionally and sealed up. They also did a fantastic job of cleaning up post work. I highly recommend you give them a call.

Had a problem with my dishwasher. They answered quickly and scheduled me within a couple of days. The technician was courteous and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions. Best of all, he was able to fix the problem on the spot. The fee was reasonable. I’m very satisfied with this company and will surely call them the next time I have a problem. Highly recommended.

Called for a repair on my washing machine. The technician was very nice, came and diagnosed the issue as being the inlet valves, but wanted to change the pressure sensor also. It took almost a week for the parts to get in and the technician to come back and replace the parts. After one load we had the same issues, so we called them again. The technician came and did a check telling us it should be fine, but if it happened again he would have to replace the control panel. Not even one load done and we got the same error code. I bought a control panel myself and replaced it, because I didn't want to pay for the labor. At this point I have already spent over 340 to the repair shop. I replaced the control panel and the error kept happening. Turns out it is the 5 hose for the pressure sensor that was the issue all along. I ended up finding the issue after watching a number of utube videos about the error code. I'm very irritated that I called a professional to fix the issue and they never checked the most common and cheapest item to fix. I don't know how much I would have been charged for them to put in a control panel but I am very happy that I didn't call them back and took the time to diagnose the issue myself.
