Trevor has been our plumber for a few years now as he has always been honest and reliable and got jobs done without any problems. He is prompt, fits you in ASAP and explains clearly what he is going to do, what parts are involved etc. He is friendly and pleasant too. Would highly recommend!

Mr Smith came on time was very understandable as what we wanted in our very old heating boiler . Gave us good information with different price brackets on new boilers left us with the information we wanted with no hard sell at all . We got a written quote which was very reasonable Trevor & Bill started the work at the agreed time took great care with our carpets and furniture it all couldn't have gone much better , must admit we were a bit apprehensive when we saw the digital room stat but they were very patient even had a phone call the next day to make sure we were nice and warm More then happy to recommend a trust worthy company with such good workers .
First used JTS a couple of years ago when he replaced all of the radiators in our house. Trevor was great, friendly and knowledgeable. Completed what was quite a big job on time with absolutely no problems. Over the last couple of years we’ve used JTS for boiler maintenance in our flat and several smaller plumbing type jobs at home too. Have always been pleased with the service provided. I would definitely recommend based on our experience.
