When I had a couple of minor issues with my jtx rowing machine I have to say they were brilliant in terms of resolving the issues/sending me a couple of parts. With the latter it was absolutely lightening quick postage and delivery. Really happy with the service.

Great quality spin bike. Brilliant delivery service. Bike put into room of my choice. Had an issue with the bike computer after 6 months - within a few hours my email is responded to a few days later receive a new computer in the post. Amazing service. Would recommend

Bought my cross trainer in the first lock down. It has been brilliant. It was more than I would ever normally have paid but it has been worth every penny. I previously had a 2nd hand one off eBay that gave up after 2 months. The workout the JTX one provides is infinitely superior and the fact there is a 2 year guarantee is also great

I deliberately avoided places like Amazon due to their increasingly bad service.I wanted confidence that if had any issues I would have a chance to access some kind of post sales customer service. I bought a Cyclo 6 from JTX. It’s a great bike, that I love, and reasonably priced too. I have had a minor issue with it, and needed to contact them. Their after sales service has been faultless. I’m used to shoddy service in most commercial dealings I seem to have these days, so I’ve been a bit taken aback by how great JTX have been. I highly commend them.
