We were not first time homebuyers but that made no difference. Juan was the best from the beginning to the end of our new home purchase! He is the nicest, well mannered, intellectual and patient person we've ever met. Always ready to answer our questions and concerns. It was our pleasure to meet him and work with him. He is very good at explaining the fine details in a way thats understandable for me. I believe he has amazing patients and could explain the details as many times as needed. The biggest mistake I made when buying my first home, was not working with Juan and his team from the start. I was three weeks into escrow when, initially working with a large bank, found out I was not going to move forward and might lose out on the houses. That was when I reached out to Juan; from there I was able to close in 15 days! Juan was extremely informative and I was able to gain knowledge throughout the whole process. I had so many questions, and Juan answered them all in a timely manner and sometimes after business hours (thank you). I also enjoyed that Juan gave me quick updates via text throughout the whole process. Juan seemed just as excited as my family was when we became first time home owners; therefore, I would highly recommend Juan for a smooth transition on receiving a mortgage.
