My girlfriend booked a 6-hour recording session with an engineer for me as a Christmas present. She had booked it for the 5th January and after spending 45 on travel to get to the studio, we found that no one was in and that the studio had changed our booking date to the 6th without telling us. After expressing that we can't make the sixth as people had already booked off work for the 5th, we asked for a refund. Despite repeated calls and texts, we've been ignored and still not reieved a refund. I would seriously avoid at all costs.
