I ordered a large meatball after waiting 20 minutes they made a pepperoni pizza so we had to wait another 20 minutes! We get the meatball and it was DISGUSTING! Dry the sauce was loaded with sugar. I called and was told the manager wasn’t there, as soon as I began to explain the manager happened to magically appear in the background stating that’s how the meatball are!!! Customer service skills suck! And PIPE DOWN ON THE SUGAR! They deserve no stars for their RUDENESS

Julio's has great pizza and other dishes. Julio has been making pizza for over 20 years (Julio... not the restaurant.) And there's a 99.9% chance you'll see him if you go inside. Always consistent.

If I can give it no stars ...my pizza was semi burnt, hard, and dry...I ordered also ordered a antipasto and the meat was nasty along with the dressing...never again

I ordered a small cheese a small pepperoni pizza and a two liter sprite the female who took my order told me one hour for delivery. I'm watching Black is King on Disney channel with my grandchildren realize a hour went by I call them back a male picks up I asked him what's the status on my delivery he says the girl called and nobody picked up. A Lie. my phone is in front of me. I told him cancel that order and put my money back on my card. Bad customer service. I will never order from this place again
