For a birthday party this place was perfect. The kids could play and have a blast, while at the same time parents were relaxed since their kids couldn't really do much wrong in this place. There was a separate room for food and cake after playing, which was a nice size for our group. The only problem I could see was the lack of drinks in the play area. There was a water fountain out front, but you don't really want your kid going out of the play area alone. Still a great experience and something I imagine we will be doing again.

Always been a great experience during open bounce. Love the couches, being abel to sit and relax while the kids jump is great! We had our daughters birthday party here last year and the coordination both before and during the party was amazing. All the moon bounces were open giving kids of all ages at the party a place to go!
The kids love it. We've been here several times and had our son's birthday party here last year. Everything is always neat and clean, and the people are friendly.
Had my sons birthday party here and it was well organized. Its not that big of a place but the kids had fun and the adults were able to talk on the couches. Overall a good time.
Nice place to take the kids to burn off energy. They have 5 bounce house/ slides to run between.
Ok place, went for a birthday party. Hard to find, kids wanted to jump after the cake but that's not allowed. Lots of bounce houses, staff was friendly
Poor climate control. Non-family friendly policies regarding food. Seemed generally smelly and dirty with teen agers supposedly monitoring the rules, but not doing a very good job. (previous visit). Today, poor communication on web site. Checked hours on website, then drove from Warrenton with my toddler and infant. Upon arrival, there was a sign on the door saying they were at full capacity and could not admit any more people. But the parking lot was empty and it was quiet inside. Called the number posted on the door and received message from the previous day - it hadn't been updated to reflect today's hours. Will never return or recommend. Low rent/unprofessional business.
I was a big fan of Jump-n-Jimmy's until I had my daughters birthday party here last week. I used to also drop her off for the parents night out and will no longer be doing that. The staff was extremely rude. The young girls working there had the biggest attitudes and were very unprofessional. They talked to the children rudely and gave the parents dirty looks. Shortly after 8:00 when I asked the staff if it was time to open presents, one of the young girls told me that we didn't have time to open them and I would need to do it at home. And then she told me that this normally happens at the parties and they run out of time. What? When do you ever go to a birthday party and take the presents from your guests and open them at home? I have never heard of such. It's the Jump-n-Jimmy's party attendant who is supposed to tell you when you are supposed to eat and open gifts and such as that's their job to make sure we are within the time restraints. I spoke to the manager on duty and insisted this was ridiculous and we were opening gifts. The staff had an even bigger attitude after that and proceeded to rush us through the rest of the party. They even started spraying cleaner on the tables while the children were still sititng at them. I would not recommend having a party here. They got our pizza order wrong and we had to wait for them to redeliver the other pizzas since they sent back the ones that were incorrect. I would not have paid as much money as I did to get young teenagers with a bad attitude at a child's birthday party. And if this is how they act when the parents are there then I hate to see how they treat the children when they are dropped off. Scary.
