My husband and I bought a Silverado about a week ago from Auto Connection. Ronnie was super friendly and polite. He wasn't pushy and was very up front. Even when we approached him with some flaws we noticed with the truck, he was quick to make sure they would be fixed right away. Josh was also great to work with. He joked with us and worked with us on the purchase. Fun environment and easy to do business, I would recommend them.

Recently purchased a truck with Auto Connection. I appreciated the delivery. While being delivered they had a blow out. The owner didn't hesitate to offer sending me a new rim if it was bent. I noticed my arm rest was broke and was accidentally missed in the disclosure, the owner did order me and sent it to me. So far, I like the truck Updated- After a month of ownership I would probably avoid this dealership in the future. Especially if buying remotely. I wanted to pay with an ETF, they either couldn't or wouldn't so I ended up getting charged a Finance fee to buy the truck. Delivery Charge was not disclosed beforehand. While I didn't expect it to be free, 500 for a 2.5 hours should at least be disclosed. During the walkthrough it was not mentioned the tires needed replacing. So I had to purchase new tires at 800 for set of 4 About a month into owning the truck, the oil tank gasket is leaking and gonna cost me 750 to fix The inside of the truck was not clean when delivered either. Fries, chocolate years of built up gunk under the seats. When adding up all the extra things I had to pay for, the deal I thought I was getting isn't looking to good. When they say AS IS, they mean AS IS.
