Jennifer the manager helped me replace my battery, coming from an IT background I never work on vehicles but she was so sweet and even though I didn’t buy the battery from Autozone she still helped me install it. Definitely recommend buying the battery from them but she still helped in the freezing cold to show me how to install and replace a battery. Thank you guys for helping even the most car illiterate people like myself!

An employee tells me they match online prices, and going in two nights later I was given the cold shoulder from a female employee who was really personally hurt that her coworker informed me two days prior they price matched online. She wasnt interested in helping me, or even making a sell informing me they dont match at all. Amazon here I come. Dont waist your time or gas money to even get here... God bless the Hispanic male working with her. This occurred approximately 20:10 on February 12, 2021.

The people were great. What I highly dislike is a very deceptive and misleading website. Website said Autozone had the style and battery my wife needed, sure they have it, on ORDER! Be careful with the internet, call ahead if you can!
Service was awesome. I locked myself out of my truck and the manager there helped me get back in my truck. He went way out of his way to help me out. Really appreciate it man if you see this. The other guy that worked there also helped me get the best deal on some oil and a oil filter I was buying. Definitely the best autozone I've been to.
