My daughter is in her third year of classes with Bates and we have loved this studio so much. I have nothing to compare it to, but our experience with them has been nothing but excellent. The owner, Gyll, is wonderful and truly an expert in her field. She genuinely cares for all her students and makes the classes so much fun. The prices for classes/costumes/pictures/recital videos/tights/shoes are all very reasonable and you have the option to pay for classes by the month or semester. Highly recommend!

This dance studio is very parent friendly. The instructors are very balanced and centered in their teaching styles. From beginner to advanced classes they seem to hold the true love of their art at the pinnacle of their perspectives. As a parent of a first time ballet student, I was shocked at the vocabulary and positions my dancer was learning right away. I was shown where to find help in this regard.
