My favorite thing about this store is the disrespectful responses to reviews. Pretty much validates the negative reviews and diminishes my interest in this business. Anyone reading this should remember that the customer is always right. Edit: Response from the owner: except when they are wrong. Imagine calling others Biden Voters and then not upholding the ideals of consumerism and capitalism? Imagine turning customers away from your store because they had an alternative opinion that contradicted your opinion. The owner of Bears Den could have agreed and turned over a new leaf earning a new potential customer. But instead he doubled down and lost any future business. The customer is always right.

Super interested in the what this place could sell, but I've stopped by three times in the last two days and every time there's a manilla folder on the door with the phrase "Back in 30 minutes". The most recent time, I waiting for a bit and called the number online. A store employee picked up and said he was out getting lunch and it would be at least 30 more minutes. They're only open from 12pm to 6pm. You'd think you'd be able to hold off on an hour lunch break for a 6 hour shift. The concept of the store is awesome, but not being able to get in the door keeps me from spending money here.

Same as the previous poster I was trying to shop but the screaming and political rants kept distracting me. I was going to buy something but instead left because the lecture ran long. Please just try to sell us games, if you wanna make money please attempt not to offend all your customers. I'd be happy to support a local gaming business. Two stars cause there was some cool stuff in there but man I don't care who you vote for or your opinions about violent games when I'm trying to browse your stuff. If you don't like those sort of games, don't sell them.

Went in with my 16 year old son to pick up a game. Guy behind the counter would not shut up. Was so glad when we got to leave. Will never return. Edit: Yah, man. Its me. Definately not you. BTW I have been a replublican since I registered to vote in 1997. You represent the worst of our party. Your doing alot more harm than good by screaming cusswords and conspiracy BS to 16 year olds. Instead you should try and be a good role model to your community.

10/10 WOULD NOT RECCOMEND! If I could give zero stars, I would! The hubby and I went to the store just to check it out. We both enjoy games. The second we walked in the guy working there was rude. He then kept asking us if we liked pokemon. I answered him by saying "we play occasionally" really just to get him to leave us alone. Then he started yelling at us, lecturing how evil the game was. He was very vulgar and at one point made a comment about molestation stating "you should only play that if your uncle touches you." We stood there in shock as he continued to scream and talk about other games. At one point he slammed a game on the counter, yelling about how bad it is. Finally, another couple walked in and it got his attention off of us. We practically ran out the door.

As soon as i walked in, the store employee did not greet me or ask if i need any help, instead he started literally SCREAMING about politics and religion with another customer, including shunning people for liking violent video games despite him selling ALOT of violent video games, i do not know if it was the owner or just another employee but either way it was a terrible experience. Its sad that the game selection is actually pretty decent, even with a decent game selection though i do not recommend this store to anyone, the store is unprofessional, the employees are hypocritical and judge others heavily, plus having a complete lack of awarness for others in the store.
