I was in the market for a home in Junction City. I started my search with Robin from this office and she was unknowledgeable in the market of the area, so much so that the only actionable information I got from working with her was when her husband stopped by at a house showing. I found a house that I liked and decided to make a bid I asked Robin if what condition disclosures were available a few days later I was told there was none so I made a bid based off that information. The owner immediately came back accepting my offer as long as I signed the condition report on the roof damage… Clearly there was a report, due diligence was not done and she always treated me as if I was not knowledgeable enough to make any real decision. Her lack of professional curtesy, due diligence and, friendly personality was far more than enough to never use the company again. UPDATE: I started working with Peggy at Coldwell banker and had a great experience. I found a house that I loved but it had a Century 21 sign in the yard. I liked the house enough and Peggy was good at working with me and I made a bid. It was accepted! I tried to get several messages to the owner about closing dates and about condition and I knew that the sellers were older ladies and I wanted them to know that I was willing to take care of any items that they were left in the house. None of these messages made it to the sellers! Costing me time out before closing as the sellers pushed it based on needing to clear stuff out of the house and other issues. Additionally after closing the listing agent came to the house to hand the last of the keys that were in her possession. This was appreciated until she entered the house as if it had not been sold! She had no regard to my property and trespassed into the house and when she was confronted in my kitchen about being in the house she thought nothing was wrong.

Realtor Heidi Morgan is lazy or incompetent on her duties, I dont recommend using her buying or selling property in Kansas. She takes days to return phone call and ask her questions about property and you will be waiting until the cow come home for the answers
